Got my battery changed here. Luke is great. Professional and great with customers. Explained clearly about what's going on with the battery. Came back to get the battery checked after a year and it was free. He said this is part of the service. Really show cares to the customer and he's someone you can trust. Highly recommend.

Incredible service. Luke had me sorted very quickly with a smile on his face the whole time. He even found my wallet which I stupidly dropped in the car park. I will only ever use The Battery Shop from now on and would encourage anyone reading this review to do the same. Brilliant.

Would highly recommend this place to anyone. I tried fitting a battery myself but couldn't fit the bracket properly and didn't have the right tools. I took my car down on the off chance they could help. The guy fixed everything right then and there and wouldn't charge me anything for his service. I was blown away by his 110% professional service and kindness. Thank you The Battery Shop. Your staff are awesome!!

I went to Luke at the Battery Zone this morning because I hadn’t fitted my battery properly and there was a connection problem. He refitted my battery for no charge. The service was exceptionalThanks Luke I’ll be visiting you next time I need a battery

I really can't recommend this place enough!Guaranteed you won't find anywhere as affordable and prompt. Luke is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and friendly with a great sense of humour thrown into boot.Twice I've been to see Luke - today another technician assisted me - another top guy.I would not expect replacing a car battery to be such a pleasurable experience - thanks so much for once again making my day. AAAAA+++++
