The one time I desperately need to call you the phone lines are too busy. Constantly not being told correctly what I need to do for my application. And takes til the third week of study to bloody get anywhere. Doesn’t matter when you start your application

They tell you at the start of your hold time how long the wait currently is and also offer you to call you back when you're first in queue so you can do other things while waiting .Customer service is great. Four stars because occasionally you have bad experiences but 9/10 they're great

I have had to ring Studylink twice in the last few weeks because they stopped processing my application and needed to be reminded about it. Even then it took 5-10 working days after phoning them, if I had not reminded them, I would still be waiting. I have not heard anything for over two weeks, so I guess it is time to remind them again.Be careful because how cooperative Studylink are depends on the mood of the staff member you talk to. Some will shut you down and others will be helpful. That is, if you ever get through on the phone, it usually takes over an hour to get a response, and sometimes you get left on hold forever.

I’ve called multiple times within the last 4 weeks to get my student allowance in which I applied for on the 4th of December.. so it’s been over two months since I’ve heard anything. Studylink is terrible support and needs to be worked on. Absolutely terrible service

Waiting time on phone lines exceed 30 minutesTheres no email to contact someone direct and I am still waiting for my student loan to be approved as study starts in 2 weeks.The ministry need to work on having customer representatives for study linkI finally got through to Studylink after suffering long winded hold music for 47 minutes - it's really not good enough

horrible help, have called 3 or 4 days in a row now and the waits have been over hour each, when they say the wait will be 30mins. Also no way for them to just call us back ? Instead of waiting.

Whoever served me on the phone was an extreme downbuzz. He scoffed, sighed at me, and had the most unenthused attitude ever. Studylink seriously needs a revamp of their staff, and the whole operations.
