Outstanding result, I am so happy! I took my 25-year-old Kenwood stereo and Mission speakers into SoundWave for a refurb/service. Picked everything up this weekend and I am stoked beyond words!! The speakers look amazing again and the system sounds incredible. Even my vinyl sounds clearer than it ever has. Thank you Fahmey, you have done an awesome job :D Definitely recommend these guys.

I took in my 30 year old much loved Technics stereo system. I was getting sound to the CD player but not the record player, tape or radio. After discussing my options, which were get it fixed or replace it. I decided to get it repaired. No, it wasn’t cheap but I was made aware of costs. My stereo is fixed and sounding great. It was also cleaned and looks like new. Happy customer. Thankyou.

Hi,I bought bose soundbar 700 with bass module 700 , and bass module is making some weired noise! What can i do for it! it seems like a physical dmanage of layer which makes bass sound!Has been sorted now!! Thanks to bose service centre!

Not every day do you get service like this .My Bose has been fixed and installing was talked through by a very competent technician I could not expect any better .

Great company to deal with. Prompt diagnostic of what was wrong, clear quote and expectation of the timeframe to repair my amp. As it was they managed to do it much faster and its now working really well. They even delivered it to me, at no cost as I wasn't able to lift it, which is absolutely outstanding service!

Outstanding service on repairs and honouring three-month warranty. When the initial repair of my Bose CD player was unsuccessful, Fahmey replaced it with a better refurbished unit under the warranty at no extra cost. Took my 22 year old Marantz amplifier and power amplifier into Soundwave Services for repair. Fuhmay handled everything very professionally from the time I walked into the repair workshop keeping me informed the whole time about what was happening to my equipment. Then when he phoned me to say all fixed and ready to pick up, asked me to bring my speakers and cables so he could make sure everything in the system was working as it should be, this attention to detail impressed me no end. Then he proceeded to take another hour out of his busy schedule to set up my system to make sure I was happy with the repair. I have to say I’m more than happy with how it all sounds now that I have is set up at my home, I think even better than out of the box the first time. I would have no hesitation about recommending Soundwave Services and Fuhmey for any electronic repairs. The difference is Fuhmey CARES !
