Hokitika Swimming Pool
Changing rooms and showers are very basic.The pool is very shallow but in a good condition so if you just want to swim it's good.Spa is currently unavailable because they are getting a new one. If you are a backpacker who wants to warm up on a cold day, wait till they finsihed the new spa ;)

✅ Awesome 33 meter pool. Warm water temperature, super friendly staff, lots of accessories and toys for kids.⚠️ Locker rooms and showers roomy but very basic.

Had a party for my son, the hiring rate of 80$ was so worthy for a birthday party. They have some special water toys for the kids to enjoy. A fully functional barbecue included in the rate along with a couple of life guards means it so much value for money. Loved it!

Good family pool....area for toddlers, inflatables and spa pool for adults". Showers are warm enough for a toddler to fall asleep in!"

Great pool with two permanent lane swimming lanes and lots of inflatable toys for the kids to play on. Pool is always a decent temperature and there is a spa for the adults for an extra $2 per adult. It's not the most modern pool facility but still one of the more friendly and relaxed.

Hokitika Swimming Pool
I was pleasantly surprised that there was an indoor pool in Hokitika. The pool is large and clean and the staff were friendly. I did find the concrete floor around the pool very rough and would have preferred it to be smoother. The second time I visited I wore sandals when walking around the edge and this was a lot more pleasant than bare feet.

Simple facilities, a touch worn around the edges. Clean, tidy and sound, heated pool, spa and hot showers. What more could you want really.

Decent pool but way too cold for the kids my daughter does lessons & she was shivering the whole time while in the pool aswell as my other child & her friend they were only in for half hour & wanted to hop out cause it was freezing
