We used Tom and Allie's fingerprinting service and are we so so happy with their service. They are kind, professional, extremely experienced in their field and explained everything in detail. They are a saving grace for those who need fingerprinting done in lockdown and I highly recommend them. They will also come in handy when Kiwi Bank no longer offers fingerprinting services in 2022 thanks again Tom and Allie

WOW! I found Forensic Insight through searching for immigration fingerprints near me" on Google to complete FBI prints from the USA. This was after I discovered that Kiwibank would not allow me into the branch for this service. I am so grateful for that because I would have never met Tom and Allie who are absolutely incredible! They are an inclusive company who have a 100% success rate for immigration fingerprints as Tom is a Fingerprint expert (AND a real life CSI Forensics specialist!) They charged the same price as Kiwibank and were extremely thorough with the quality of the prints as well as talking me through all the steps necessary to submit the prints. Wonderful experience for getting my fingerprints done! The space is cleaned thoroughly between appointments and full PPE is worn. Everything was explained thoroughly, the fingerprints are double checked for quality and overall very easy process, I highly recommend :) Thank you!

We went here for our Christmas party before dinner out. It was such a great experience. Our party of 11 were all raving and buzzing afterwards. We thoroughly enjoyed how insightful Tom was, and Allie is a wonderful and super friendly host. If you are looking for something different that will have you engaged the entire time, then look no further....you will not be disappointed!!

They charge the same price as Kiwibank for fingerprints, but they offer much better service. I had previously had 3 sets of Kiwibank fingerprints rejected by the FBI for a work visa extension, but the first set of prints from Forensic Insight did the trick!If you have old, worn-down fingers like me they can give you tips on moisturizing and massaging your fingers before your appointment to get the best results. And even if you're not a special case you'll still get better service from an experienced professional than you'll get from a (hard-working and well-intentioned) postal clerk who just hasn't gotten an adequate level of training and doesn't have the time to do the best possible job. Highly recommend!
