Glendene Laundromat

Rude operator with old 90s like machines. happy for those he treated with friendliness but I found this guy arrogant. Ill just go to Aquaspin in Z Waikumete which got modern machines and using eftpos with wifi and bypass this ill mannered monk with his machines made in 90's even closer to me.

I found the person in here very friendly and direct. I had a huge load of washing to dry, I asked if I could leave it and he can take it out of the machine. I was charged $6 and pick up my washing 5 hours later. Will definitely come back

I find this place great, the man during the week is friendly & polite & the lady on the weekend is so nice. I drop the bag in the door & collect when I can. Awesome service

Been going here 3yrs and Trina who works here is SO lovely and helpful. Unfortunately the new owner is FAR from it. He always charges several dollars more and I come home with a half wet duvet but my last visit was the final straw. Went in on Friday and he barely acknowledged me whilst watching TV (I was the only one there) then rolled his eyes and was reluctant to help me with my machine. Didn't bother to ask what i'd like done, then when I said that I hadn't heard him say what time I can come back to collect, he said I already told you" he should not be dealing with people. I wrote a post on FB's community page and several other people in the community also said he had been rude to them too. Nasty man wont be getting my money again."

Jakes great, I always use this laundry mat when I need one. It lovely to get all the washing wash, dried mad folded.

If i could give a zero i would. Worst discussion with man attendee who started my 1st washing on hot without confirming with me and when i questioned him and said I wanted warm he went on to start my remaining two on hot and said it was my fault for not telling him before. WTF! Twilight zone moment and will never go back.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! The person running this place is as rude as they come (if I could use my French I would), aggressive and condescending in what way he talks to you. He does things his way and won’t even listen to whatever it is that the customer wants.As soon as I walked in he was treating a elderly lady with disrespect, and over charging her. I would honestly stay clear of this place as it run down and I’m sure he would argue any damages to your clothes. Plenty of better laundry places around!
