About the Business
Ruby Glen Orchard | The McPhail family operates a boutique orchard on the south side of Napier city in Hawkes Bay. We operate a gate sales shop during the harvest season and also offer free-flow frozen berries and Pick Your Own Raspberries, Black and Red Currants, Gooseberries, Boysenberries, Tayberries, Blackberries and Autumn Raspberries.

We had so much fun spending the morning picking raspberries, blackberries, and tayberries (a cross between the two). We filled several containers and got a pleasant surprise at the checkout when we only had $9 to pay. My plan from now on is to come here during season and fill my freezer with cheap, good, local berries for the year.

Great people work there and super easy to navigate and find your way round. They also help supply ice cream containers to use. And berries are awesome and lovely. We have a tradition and pick every year for our kids christmas party work shouts and the day before christmas and always loads of berries
