Booked in June 2023, At fist it seems easy, but when they change your price on the day to almost double and the lack of phone number to communicate leaving me no choice than to mark this service as rubbish. First time was a last time for me.

Terrible! Just terrible... booked shuttle from domestic to grey Lynne and recieved biking confirmation, at same time booked my return to the airport. Again got confirmation email. Then when I arrived at the airport I had received an email saying that both my bookings had been Canceled- incredibly inconvenient as it was a busy Saturday. Then Sunday morning I get a text confirming a pick up. I replied that I'd made alternative arrangements as they had canceled my booking- to be barraged with less than professional messages. Do not use these people

Would not recommend as unreliable and unprofessional. Had a confirmed booking and then our flight was cancelled by the airline. After immediately rebooking another flight with another airline for a similar arrival time, I notified the shuttle company of the minor change but was told that they could no longer pick us up as they were 'fully booked at that time. This was ridiculous as I had a confirmed booking and there was only a 10 minute difference in arrival time. Their pathetic reply was that they were extremely busy 'due to the cyclone and we are fully booked'! You also can't phone them to talk to an actual person so another reason to not bother using them.

We found this service excellent. Our driver arrived early which put us ahead for our trip to the airport. He did a great job and was professional. Booking online was easy too. Great service

I had a good experience with these guys! Booked a pickup from home to the airport, driver texted in the morning to confirm the time, was lovely to chat to during the ride, and everything went well! No complaints at all

Useless! We booked and paid for an airport pickup and they never turned up. They had no contact phone number to speak with anyone and never answered my email. Absolutely hopeless!

Do Not Use This Company!!!! They send the wrong vehicle for pickup to the Airport. Arriving back at Auckland Airport with all the email confirmations and txt confirmation received they never arrived. My family and I were left at the airport waiting for 45min with promises. We then had to run around and make alternative arrangements. We are 4 People with 5 Big suitcases so it was not easy.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I booked a van. They sent a Prius. 4 of us had to travel with our bags on our lap. This is a health and safety risk. Person on the phone didn't care and was rude. Do Not Use!

Our flight was early but customs wait was long. Our booking notes said driver would text or call us when they arrived to collect us but we received neither. We called them but only a recorded message so sent an email to get a one sentence reply to “contact our driver”. Bit hard when you don’t know who the driver is! We then received an email to say he’s got another job and we’ll have to get a taxi - 5 people, 5 cases plus carry one was not easy! Would NOT recommend!!!
