The service from Plumb Right was speedy and professional. They came within a day, even though it was still summer holidays for many people. When we realised the next morning that the newly installed tap caused a funny groaning sound from near the water heater, we notified them, and the plumber returned straight away and made a small adjustment that solved the problem -- at no added charge. We were very pleased and would recommend this firm to anyone.

We have used Hamish and his team at Plumb Right many times over the years. I find the booking and communication excellent and they turn up when they say they will. We had an unusual leak this time, the guys were thorough and checked out all options providing us with good information and next steps. We've used Plumb Right on several occasions now after hearing about them from a relative. The first time to replace a hot water cylinder and just recently to check a leaking shower. These guys were recommended to us by our builder during a recladding, and they were amazing! They sorted the plumbing issues related to the reclad quickly and efficiently. We also had some issues unrelated to the reclad come up, (blocked toilet, then water heater failure), and they came round really quickly and sorted those for us as well. Fantastic service and great price.
