It is a pity that it is not possible to put 0 stars. If you have just arrived in NZ and are looking for a van or car, avoid this place. Believe me, starting your trip with a lot of van/car worries is the worst thing you can do. It will blow all your plans and savings for your trip to hell. Moreover, the mechanics guy " is totally incompetent and will not try to help you in any way.Update : My name is not displayed for private reasons.I will be happy to show my van invoice to prove the veracity of my statements.as in the previous comments

Had a very good experience with our van.Only problem we had was that the company was hard to get in touch with by phone. They would only answer us by email.But everything else was really good.

I dont recommend buying a vehicle to them. I bought my van there and had problems with it.The warranty" didn't change anything. The prices are too high!Even if you have a limited choice (like me when I arrived in Auckland.) Avoid this garage."

No absolutely not...very expensive price, for buy a van or car self-contained is better another place.

Be very careful with these people!!Person in charge was friendly as long as he still wanted to sell the van. That changed quickly after the first deposit payment was made.Small changes to the vehicle, requested via WhatsApp suddenly seemed to be a big issue.Crack in the windscreen wasn't fixed even though talked about and send in written from.Leaving here with no great feeling.The choice of vans and car is quite big. Small alteration in the interior are also no problem.Prices after COVID time are very high.2 separate mechanics who saw the van after a few months said it shouldn't even have WoF!It was probably their uncle or cousin who gives the Vans their WoF.DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Really grateful for having bought my van at this place. They really have your best interest in mind and aren't trying to just make a sale.After I bought it my waterpump broke and they replaced it for free no questions asked. And they keep saying that I can always text or contact them for any questions or if I need help with the car. And they really mean it when they say that. Thanks so much. I'm really grateful for everything you've done for me (because it's even more then this but my review would be way to long if I write the whole list down) But I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a van, and I actually already have ;)

Best customer service helped us get a cab at the end of our trip as well when we were heading back home.

I know it's hard to find a self contained van but run away !5 months after the purchase, I finally decide to give my opinion after several problems.First, the vans are overpriced. I know that the vans increased after the Covid. But that in no way justifies the exaggerated prices.The system for the sink is poorly designed, the space between the pipes and the dirty water container is too small. The water doesn’t drain and when it drains the pipes leak. (No need to specify that containers are next to the second battery...)Since the purchase, we have had problems (one problem is still present).And don’t look for a maintenance book, it has none!We returned to Auckland several times (we even drove 5 hours) for him to find the problem still present. Result: he didn’t find and never cared about the problem.$18,000 for a van and not knowing where the problem comes from? AVOID SPENDING YOUR SAVINGS HERE.After the first rains, we had a doubt about a leak. This was not a doubt but the reality.We found the leak after several weeks on the right side of the window. The water falls on the bed, which leads to mold mattress and than the van (even if we ventilate ourselves every day).Oh also,he will tell you that the van is guaranteed, but he will decide what is guaranteed or not.To finish, yes my post is under another name because I don't want it to bother me when I resell my van. And no, it's not a mistake, I did buy a van from you with green/blue mattresses and gold/green curtains.

Pretty slack for looking at campervans & basic looking setups... Went to look at one & wasn't even set up for display 3 out of 5 stars for... Pretty pricey for basic setup 15k up????
