Complete lack of professionalism. Consultations and obs in the waiting room for everyone to see and hear. Way over priced. $90 to stitch in a waiting room for 4 hours or book an appointment for 3 weeks time. Not to mention how filthy the toilets are

Wow new paitent to Tui and the area, Dr was on time, where I have come from waiting 45 minutes plus for your appointment was normal. To wait 3 minutes blew me away. The Dr was really understanding as I have multiple problems that don't run into each other. I felt heard and not pill pushed which I appreciated so much. Thank-you

Attention!!! Check your medicine dose before leave! Especially for Kids! Doctors are very nice, but take care for the front desk nurse, they might put your weight wrong! It happened to my 8 years old daughter today, the front desk nurse put the wrong weight. It makes doctor make a wrong diagnose and gives stronger medicine and overdose. My daughter took the medicine then vomited twice. Then we went back and found what happened. It totally unacceptable!

Booked an appointment for a dressing change related to am ACC claim, I asked when booking twice if there was any charge for this and was advised there was not but to bring my ACC number. Then when I visited for my appointment a week later they wouldn't see me without me paying a charge despite my ACC claim number.

I've been going to Tui Medical for a very long time now and I'm very happy with the care I've received. I use Manage My Health for booking appointments, checking test results, requesting scripts etc. and I find this works very well. I've found the reception staff helpful, and I usually book with my same preferred doctor who is excellent.

Getting a repeat prescription entails you having to chase them for literally weeks on end. Always some or other excuse or story as to why it was not processed. A complete waste of time an energy.Oh...I should mention that when I *finally* got a message to say my script was completed, I discovered that 9 items were prescribed (I only requested 3) and of the 9, only 2 items were correct. The rest are for medications I am not on?!My requests for the practice manager to call me as this is obviously deeply concerning has so far fallen on deaf ears.Shocking on so many levels. Will be looking for a new GP in short order....

I know going to see your doctor is not good HOWEVER everytime I have visited this clinic one is always treated with the utmost respect and care. The receptionists are always helpful and take the time to make sure that you okay. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK TEAM!!!

Been to Tui Te Rapa at 7am . Receptionist named Vicki was so rude, not giving proper information and not helpful. There were no people in the hall waiting, only we but still she don’t want to help us . Nurses and Doctors are so kind and good. Please don’t do these with the sick people.
