This recruitment deserves negative stars for all I know. One recruit member wouldn’t even let me work at the job I normally work at and applied for and won’t even respond to texts or calls I send through. Utterly disappointing from 1st Call Recruitment.

Called multiple times to confirmed my work shift and the agent mentioned the confirmation will be received by today. Ended up they said the shift is full and my name is not on the roaster. Worst recruitment firm I have ever seen & please do not work with them if you are looking for stable job. What they do just made you jobless and frustrated :)

My son signed up with them and they sent him to the place of work this morning. He arrives 15mins early and followed there instructions. He went to the reception (no one there) he hung around for a while until a worker approched him and asked what he was doing. When he said he was told to start work there today, no one knew to expect him and that the office was closed until Tuesday. (Auckland anniversary on Monday) while he sat there, he rang the agency multiple times as well as sent txt messages, no one replied to him. This place is very unprofessional, would not recommend them at all. If I could give them minus stars I would.

I requested for a shift thru email and call yet i still did not get the confirmation of assignment as per agreed. I called up the free phone again and they say i need to confirm my shift on day to day basis. For casual workers, it is really hard to get shift here!

Holly Southworth is very unprofessional in what she does.She is very aggressively toned when speaking to interviewees.Its not the 60's or 70's, a job interview works as a dialogue.She needs to upskill in interpersonal skills.
