Very functional for small to medium whanau gatherings, air conditioning for summer, and I believe for winter, kitchen facilities, ample off street parking and away from the road, lessens traffic noise, boardroom type setting, well worth making use of for the occasional hui within our Iwi, hapu, whanau -
