Lovely staff, especially the bearded lad. Came in to buy a gift and he really was a great help. Decent deals for sales and good quality jewellery.

I guess jewelry stores like this would look down on people with a smaller budget. Went there for an engagement ring. Didn't want to spend too much on an engagement ring because I kinda want my wedding ring to be a bit better. And I felt like being treated as though I couldn't afford anything.Other than that, rings are fine. My gold ring is algood. Got it resized and got it back in a week.

They adjusted my watch strap for free as I had purchased it there, which was really great. Quick, friendly service too.

We went in to make a substantial purchase a few days ago at the Dunedin store. Met by an older woman who was rude to my partner, and acted like we were a massive inconvenience to her with anything I wanted to try on, which was only 2 rings. She then served another woman on the other side and gave her decent service. Interesting to read in other reviews of a racist staff member, because this is exactly the feeling we got when we were there. VERY rude woman. It put a downer on our engagement, as I now don’t want to give our money to this store, so we just haven’t even bought a ring yet.

Lovely helpful staff and great range of watches

Having shopped at this store often over the years I was extreamly dissapointed at the service I recevied today.On entering the store all the assistants were very busy with the exception of Olivia who was standing in a complete day dream while customers were waiting.The image was not good as she was chewing gum and couldnt care less attotude.When I askes that I was there to collect a layby she didnt even confirn with me that it was the correct ring and just put it in a box saying nothing.Any other time I have bought from this store it has always been good.She was totally disinterested in her job and chewing gum does certainly not very professional
