I was on holiday heading to Nasbey from Auckland last week. I stopped in Christchurch in Columbo Street to look at jackets and merino clothing to go curling. I was very impressed with Derek. The service he gave me was exceptional nothing was a problem. I have not experience this sort of friendly customer service for a long time. The two girls working that late afternoon were also excellent. Thank you girls for finding the gold padlock of my handbag. Amazing customer service.

Great customer service for the most part. However I took the same bag in to get a small zip replaced and both times they just put the runner back on the teeth and called it good. I think I'll go somewhere else to get macpac stuff repaired from now on. Need gear I can rely on not bodge jobs.
