Insulation both under the floor and under the roof was fitted by a polite team of 3 who worked without a break throughout the day. Great communication by administration setting up a schedule and assessment. Will recommend.

Had nothing but excellent service from brightr and would highly recommend. They were very accomodating even though we had a lot of storage to clear in order for them to complete the installation (took 3 months) and even then would call to check when we were ready. Lovely staff, and job was done in no more than 3 hours. The insulation has made a world of difference, extremely pleased with the quality and service from this company! Ngā mihi!

Company hasn't followed up after their site visit. The rep visited our property for assesment and quote in early Feb. It's now April and I've not heard back from them with a quote or options. Only thing I have received from them are promotional emails.Very unprofessional of them to not follow up.

It started with wrong pricing and was unpleasant throughout the rest of the process. Certainly wouldn't recommend this company.

We ordered a HomeFit report which was easy to book, completed quickly, and gave us good insight. However since we received the report, the service has been very poor. The report contained many careless errors, which has required a lot of back and forth trying to get corrected, often taking weeks to get an answer. The report was completed in April, now 3 months later we're still trying to get the last of the errors corrected.

Booked these guys one month out, only to get told 3 days out that they can't make it and I have to wait another month.Very Poor. No communication what so ever.
