The fact that dryers were out of operation Sunday 07.08.22 was poorly communicated. One small sign on a dryer I was not using and I wasn't told at the time of purchase. Only offered a refund to the payment key, not a cash refund or to bank account. Saw a few annoyed customers. Just plain dodgy business practice if you ask me which probably falls short of the law.

First machine I used wasn't working and water on floors around it, 2nd machine washed well but on removal of washing used sticking plasters and lump of hair came out to YUK . Not noticeable when washing went in, also tried 2driers to get a working one, not the best of liquid laundromat experiences

This is a great place for and every anyone who's freedom camping in or around the nelson Tasman bay area who needs somewhere to do there washing while they are on there holidays. I imagine that if your washing machine was dead or broken you could use this as an emergency service so you can stay on top of washing that's piling up in the wash house. Over all this is great place to do your washing.

this place is a scam. cheap prices but you have to buy a card and load it in $10 increments. so my $13 of laundry cost $21.

Wouldn’t try use this laundromat during peak times, you will be queuing to use the dryers.I have a few recommendations for owner/s.1) Get rid of the smaller dryers and replace them with larger dryers and add more dryers if possible.2) A radio or speaker playing some music would be a positive for everyone while they wait.

The large dryer on the bottom left doesn't work well (wasted $5 and 20 min, to feel my clothes still wet and not even warm, directly after opening it up after it was supposed to be on high heat)Also, for those just traveling it's an extra $3 to buy a key to use the machines at liquid places. So keep in mind, you can use key at other locations, but if you're here for short duration, may not be worth the money.Edit. I changed my review from 2 to 4 as when I discussed the issue with the owner, they gave me a credit back for the faulty dryer.

Ithe mid sized washer could have spun my clothes better. My jeans were a bit damp after drying them. I have used liquid laudramats in other locations that worked better. Very caring customers that leave powder for others to use and key cards with money on it.
