Recently I went into the Albany branch to purchase a replacement camera for work and had Salvatore helping me out. He quickly sorted me out with what I needed, but I mentioned that I am also in the market personally for a new lense or body for an upcoming trip overseas. This store is very helpful with assisting with all my photographic needs. The staff assist finding the filters, batterie's etc for my cameras, lens, and are quick to check specs and what will work with the gear I have. They have a good range of camera's, lens, filters, flash units, tripods etc, and the pricing has always been reasonable. A good store to go to for your camera needs, if starting out, or for the professional photographer who wants more gear.

I couldn't ask for better customer service from the staff at this store. My online questions were answered very quickly (thank you Heather), and advice given was professional with no pressure to buy. When I phoned the store with a query about an item I ordered, I again was given professional and friendly advice (thank you Salvatore). An item I had ordered, but wouldn't arrive in time for my trip, was replaced with a suitable item with no extra charge. I would have no hesitation to use this store with confidence in the future. Such a wide range of equipment and accessories for the hard core professional and amateur and really nice staff. I was close to retiring, but a new table, new backgrounds and a new space to work has given me a new lease on my photography life. Might get a few more years out of me yet. Thanks guys.
