I had an issue with an on line purchase , phoned the Tauranga store and spoke to a VERY VERY helpful lady Marie , she was outstanding! Would definitely shop here again - thank you again

Good service. Friendly and willing.Had been looking online and unfortunately did not have in display the items i was interested in viewing so was a no go in the end but not like you can stock everything!

My daughter picked out a school bag for her birthday, she used it for a few weeks and the zip broke. Took the bag back in without our daughter to find that the bag she picked wasn't available anymore to replace it. The sales assistant then proceeded to pull out every bag she thought our girl would like and line them up on the counter while I photographed them and sent them to our girl at home. She patiently waited while a decision was made and then happily processed a refund and new sale for the new bag which ended up being cheaper than the original one. Amazing service, above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks Tauranga Strandbags!

Absolutely fabulous shop and oh how wonderful the bags truly are. Prices reasonable.. Variety immense... Service courteous kind and considerate... If you need a bag this is your best bet.

I had a slight delivery problem with an online order and they called me to let me know. My package arrived safely and they also added in a few extras :') Thank you so much SB Tauranga for the great service❤️

Disappointed had to make 4 trips to pick up a bag after being sent by Emirates airlines here. They don't answer the numbers they give on their own form in order to approve the transaction.. 4 trips and a tank of gas later finally was able to get the bag.. the ladies In the shop were great. Emirates has poor communication when it comes to returning or answering calls

On behalf of Tauranga CBD, I drive past Strandbags Tga everyday …. and for the love of Jesus, y'all need to fix your signage! It looks absolutely horrendous. I use to work here too! Come on team, fix it up.

The best. Just visited the store and Sophie, The Store Manager is some next level person. I mean so Humble, Caring, Polite & Professional. Just WAOW. She should be teaching Sales and Marketing somewhere. There were another customer who looks like not gonna buy anything (like I did they ;) ) but Sophie didn't compromise her standards. I myself told her that I'm not buying today but just checking yet she treated and show/ explain the products like I'm gonna buy all today..I always thought standbags is just another shop... but, now, she made me one humble fan and customer.
