Huffer Ponsonby

Unfortunately did not have a pleasant experience with my first purchase online. Bought a down jacket online 3 weeks ago. Waited for 2 weeks but did not receive any update. Emailed Huffer (apparently the NZ office has to direct it to the Aus office which took an additional few more days) only to find out that the tracking number was not sent to me and when I clicked onto the tracking link provided, my item has been sitting in the post office for 9 days now, leaving me only have 1 day to collect it before they ship it back to the sender. I am now trying to work out how can I rush to collect it tomorrow during the opening hours considering my 9-5pm working hours and with my work office being 45min away plus in completely opposite direction to the post office. =(

Staff nice but they need say something else besides the same old lines that every other retail store say .I'm sure they don't really care what I've got planned for the rest of the day

Placed an order 8/12/2021, it was said - 1-8 working days delivery. Today is 29.12, still don't have that. It's just 15 minutes drive to their store.Very frustrated ...

Flew up for business and stopped by there to grab the 25th Year kit. To be honest the two girls working there were super friendly, patient & talkative like friends & family. Had a terrific time there for the first time, definitely be back there again.

Paid for an oversize down jacket in the Ponsonby store 09 May. Jacket in stock at the warehouse which is in my suburb, said it would be delivered within 3-4 days. 10-days later no jacket, no communication and no contact from Huffer despite follow-ups. 1st and last time shopping with Huffer.

Great service by weekend staff. They didn't have the stock I was looking for, but contacted another store where we were able to get what we were looking for

Been a week without any updates to my order, irresponsive emails, nobody picks up the calls either. Terrible customer service
