You can't go wrong with Chemist Warehouse. Love their budget friendly prices, huge range of skincare products and cult brands like CeraVe that arent available anywhere else in New Zealand. Their fragrance section is also great and we always look for the 'on sale' OPI nail polishes. We find it best to shop instore as online orders can take days or longer to be packed and dispatched.

Store does not appear to do inventory properly, as products listed online may not actually be in stockJust got mucked around for 7 hours for a max 4 hour order processing to be finally told they don't have the stock and now I have to wait several days to get the money refunded

Today I went there to take my prescribed medication. The waiting time was very reasonable although the shop was very busy. Mai (the person who helped me on the counter) was so professional and nice and helped me patiently with giving me info and details on my presentation.Big thanks to the team!

Got some perfumes from here yesterday and the guy who was assisting me was sooo helpful and calm. The perfumes were locked away and he was really patient trying to find me testers so I could try some different ones. I only knew the scent I wanted.. not a name or brand so if I was him I would have been frustrated with me. In this day and age there's lots going on for retailers and he is a keeper. Great prices too. Thank you!
