Really wonderful nurturing massage from Shelly! I'm booked monthly now. Was easy to get to, she has the best wide comfy warm table, and so close to get cafes a grab some Thai food after for my self care evening once a month!Shes now operating out of Balance Massage 2 Sheehan St, Ponsonby!

Went to Shelley with the most knotted back and neck muscles I've had in my life after a prolonged period of stress and a 24 hour flight. Left amazed. Through massage and needling she loosened everything and even had time to sort my glutes. I won't be seeing anyone else. Strongest hands I've ever encountered!
