We're the mugs who bought a Suzuki Grand Vitara from you -- only to find out when the car was driven down here to Queenstown that the CD player doesn't work. Not a murmer. And now the power steering is giving up the ghost -- whining and screaming when you turn the wheel. You can hear the noise outside the vehicle, it's that bad. But we're just a couple of old guys doddering about in our dotage. You can easily brush us aside. We emailed your driver John about the CD player, but he said they don't cover 'things like that.' And now with the power steering causing problems for us, it doesn't look good. Does it, David? I would understand if you were to bring this to my attention at the time." you told us. David . . . ? We DID."

Order the big Breakfast for myself. Berry pancakes for my wife with an ice coffee. Got charged $45. Got the drinks but 30 mins later, still no meals. Ask the waiter, she said its on its way. 10 mins later, ask again. And they said its on its way. I noticed the three other groups who arrived after us are already eating and overheard someone saying they got more then they ordered (someone else order) Turns out to be our food. No one is cooking our meal, its not coming. Asked for a refund and going somewhere else. Got $32.50 refunded. Never coming back.

Easy to book and change appointments, dropped the car off and even got a lift to work. Came back later and car ready on time, they had even washed and vacuumed it.

We went to the Equinox Cafe which is a part of the site (where people relax while waiting for their car). Good selection of food and very pleasant and helpful staff. They have newspapers which is a must and we enjoyed our lunch.
