Just recently purchased a car from Blackwells, Mazda, and have to say, was a superb experience from start to finish.Scott looked after me, from initially showing me the car answering my questions, and explaining everything, through to arranging a test drive and finally preparing the car for my collection - all without any hard sell !Nothing was too much trouble, everything was well explained and I just love my new wheels.Would highly recommend.

Great Mazda car showroom. Lots of models to choose from and the Mazda team are all friendly. I had the pleasure of Scott helping me. Great friendly guy. If all goes well, I'll be buying my first Mazda from them.Update to my previous review. Finally picked up my brand new CX-5 on the 12-07-2023. It's all thanks to Scott, who made my experience simple and with no hassles.I'd also like to say what a great job Bryce did attaching the chosen accessories to my CX. Sam Freeman is an asset to Blackwells. My wife, Marie has purchased 2 new vehicles off Sam in last 6 months and found Sam very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Sam went above and beyond meeting our needs. Sam made buying from Blackwell Mazda enjoyable and worry free. He explained all the technical upgrades in her new Mazda 6 wagon in such a clear way so it was easily understandable. My wife appreciated his easy approach-ability and he tuned in her phone & radio stations she chose. My wife drove off very happy and impressed with Sam. I highly recommend Sam for anybody wanting to purchase a motor vehicle from this company.

Very happy with Scott, popped into the yard just wearing the old weekend clothes, was not judged, came out and asked if needed any help without being pushy which would have put me off instantly.Was very accommodating with allowing the test drive. From there we loved the car so much ended up buying it.On a lighter note, there was one “issue” with a button I had on the car, as soon as I mentioned Scott guessed what it would be and filled me in on its operation.Thanks Scott, you’ll be first point of call in the future and the kids enjoyed the juices while waiting!
