The five stars is for the lovely trainee that was on today... by HERSELF. She clearly has not been working for a long time here, but was an absolute trooper trying to serve through the morning rush. Northlands mall tank needs to review their training policies, they should not be leaving a trainee alone on shift. I believe it was her third day! She gave great service and even though she was slow (due to inexperience) she still tried to smile and apologised to those who were waiting. Management needs a good talking to because it’s unacceptable.

Not rude but very unplesent staff (asian girl) a smile would do no plesent welcoming aura felt like didnt want to serve .

Staff don't serve you, saw people wait and then give up and leave. Terminal where you can order your own has limited options- not full menu.

Dreadful service - I don’t usually write poor reviews but waited over 10 minutes still no smoothie despite other orders being dealt with after mine was placed. I asked for my money back - no apology or explanation. Visit was 25th June 12.45-1.00pm

The young man working today was an asset to your team. Really great customer service and super friendly. I don’t normally write reviews but felt this deserved it :) Best customer service i’ve ever had at a Tank!

Its 4.52pm and i was just told by your staff that they are closing because they have to close for cleaning. I am sorry but this is very disappointing to be turned away and told that he can't serve me. Mall close at 6pm so really will take him an hour to clean. Ill be also complaining about this to the mall management. Can someone explain me about this ?

Didn't get my order because they closed at 6:30pm, even though it said 7pm online. Refunded me, but only after I'd driven all the way there.

Found a stick in my thai chicken salad, could've choked or eaten it! The salad aren't as filling as they used to be and it contains big chunks of onion which I found alright however others might not like that.
