We cannot thank Tracy from Cake and Bake Kiwi for the most incredible cake made for our Mid Winter Christmas. So full of fruit beautifully decorated and lovely and moist. Our guests ( and staff) were asking for second helpings so we didn't even get to take a good photo for Tracy. With hot mulled wine this was the totally perfect compliment for a great weekend. We know where we will be going for our next celebration cake

Tracy was the only one in the Hutt Valley who would not only make an amazing home baked cake for a client of mine but also deliver it to them! She truly saved the day when she squeezed me in her already busy schedule to help me out. Communication was great and Tracy proofed herself flexible with all the special requests I had. Tracy made the unicorn cake for our wee one’s birthday party and she loved it. The other kids had never seen anything quite like it, and the grown ups found it yummy too. Definitely ordering next year!

For our wedding we just wanted a vanilla buttercream frosting and chocolate cake. We tried about 7 cakes for our wedding and most places wouldn’t do a buttercream, tried to make it too fancy, or it was just too dry. But Tracy’s cakes were to die for! We had one tester cake and then we booked Tracy for our wedding but then we ordered another because the cake was just too good.Our actual cake at our wedding was no different. We had a load of compliments on the cake from our guests including international guests, some were even trying to take some back home with them. One guested said “Now I’ve been eating cake for 70 plus years and that was the best cake I ever had”. It’s been three weeks now, and my mom keeps going on about the cake and how it tasted like her mothers homemade cakes. Thank you Tracy because that is exactly what we wanted!Kellie and Sinead.

Tracy made a two tier caramel wedding cake and cupcakes for our recent wedding. The flavors were delicious and it was decorated beautifully with spring flowers. Highly recommend!
