Horrible experience, terrible customer service especially after spending so much money in the store. Won't ever go back! Disappointing especially because the first experience the more mature lady in the shop was absolutely amazing! The girl behind the counter this morning needs some customer service training

Good variety of styles in footwear & different form other stores. However, was disappointed that a staff member kept calling out to me from behind me at least 6 feet away. Please approach the customer to ensure that they know you are in fact speaking to them, as there usually are other people in the store & I personally will not engage with people calling out from behind me as I do not know that you are addressing me, finding it unprofessional & rude. On a further note, perhaps the best approach is to ask how may I help you?" & not "Are you okay there".Great store

Bought a nice pair of boots in about three minutes flat.worn them allday and they are very comfortable. I don't think the shop lady could believe I put them on and said I'd buy them.
