Not a great experience with this organisation so far. Used their website to create the appointment for a UK settled status application and it allowed me to make the appointment and happily sold me a document upload service. Wasn't until we got to the appointment that we were told that this service is only available in Auckland - we made the appointment for the Wellington branch - and we had to courier our documents to them. Did that, but still waiting on notification that they received them a week later. No clue when we'll get the passports and documents back, and no phone number to call. I gave 2 stars because the person in the wellington office was friendly but seemed a bit over it (which is fair)

My application has been processed and a decision has been made by UKVI. But I did not hear from the visa application center and cannot get my original passport back even thought I will depart soon and the passport was needed for Schengen visa. No contact number, no email. The website is not working. No way to reach them. I cannot believe it is 2022.

Some of staff were nice but another not and lack of patience. It’s not a pleasant experience.

Such a bad service. No phone call available. Website booking works not well. Finally made appointment for my son for taking biometric. Building needs Access card to enter, there is no button to press no phone number to call. Few days later after my son’s biometric data taken, my husband made an appointment overseas to take his. The staff found out that the biometric data took for my son in New Zealand VFS used wrong reference and that reference belongs to my husband. I just found out the receipt this office issued is very blurt, can't see anything. We don't have any phone number to contact this office to discuss the solutions. The entire experience is a disaster. I don't understand why Australia still using their service for visa application. This is very bad image.

Pathetic service. I paid for the documents upload services for my UK Visa application and they said they can't do it. Can't reach anyone by phone or email and the website looks prehistoric. Terrible experience.

Absolutely retarded website that is full of bugs and won't let you complete a simple appointment form

Been here three times. Had to wait about an hour every time. This could be done in 15-20 minutes had there been more staff

I need my passport urgently and can’t contact this centre to be able to collect my passport. My UK visa has been processed and the decision has been made but still can’t reach out to get my document back.Please, improve the contact channels, it’s very frustrating and poor service.

No Contact number , How is it possible? Website is not working giving silly errors. There is no way you can contact them, like literally no way.
