I have shopped here a number of times. Good range of stock and helpful staff. Also worth noting the high level of after sales service including free cleaning and adjustment and 50% off a replacement pair off glasses should the pair I bought be damaged as well as an extensive warranty.

Been waiting for confirmation on my click and collect, Phoned store twice, as to which no one answered so decided to go into the store myself. Girl at counter was on her phone texting and had poor customer service, very unwelcoming. Knew nothing what so ever about their warranty. Absolute joke this store.

The sale consultant (Fariz) was friendly and super helpful. He promptly got all the models I would like to try and continually got more options similar to what I like. The only negative point is about Sunglass Hut not having precision in showing stock on the website, as 4 of the sunglasses I'd like to try were showing in stock in the store and when I got there there was no stock.

Staff in Manukau branch are as cool as their sunglasses. Bought myself a rare yellow lens WAYFARER.Tragic that the real yellow ones i.e. Ambermatic is sold out since 2016 and their customer service help based in the USA is as useful as a cat in a bath tub when I inquired about that model.Solid customer service in Manukau. Too bad they ran out of sunglasses cases due to Boxing day saleBut they asked me to come back and get it some other day.Post edit: Sunglass case claimed.
