I had an awful experience here recently. As I have mobility issues I had parked close by the door I entered. When I went to leave, the door was locked, but the woman refused to unlock it for me, even after explaining politely three times that I had mobility issues and couldn't walk far. She got really nasty and left me standing there. So with other customers looking on, I had to walk the length of the cafe, past the kitchen where there were angry Chinese words being heard, along the street, around the corner and along that street to my car, which was right beside the door I had entered. I suffered the physical consequences for days afterwards. Just because you can't see a disability doesn't mean there isn't one. I could not believe she would treat someone like that, let alone a disabled person, let alone a customer! I will never go back and neither will my friends and associates, nor to the other businesses this woman owns. Horrible.

Lat visit was for takeaways but this time ate in with family and the blue cod was absolutely beautiful with very good friendly service even with the cafe so busy

This morning's kai and kāwhe was consumed ar #180degreescafe Paraparaumu Beach.Unfortunately, it's not the best Eggs Benedict or kāwhe I've had in the last 6 months of touring the South Island.Kāwhe was more like dishwater and they also forgot my Mango Smoothie.Definitely won't be back

Wouldn't recommend - I asked for smoked salmon & cream cheese bagel. It looked okay in the cabinet but it was late to the table and served with tomato sauce? and a couple of old assorted lettuce leaves. They could having a bad day?

The puff pastry was so light and flaky that it melted in your mouth plus there was a generous portion of pine nuts. There were plenty of vegetarian options.Plus a high light was the out door area was set up to cater for patrons with dogs. There were 3 other groups with dogs when we were there and it was very chilled and relaxed. Also coffee was prepared just right, strong with well roasted beans.

Lady that owns the cafe is extremely rude and not customer focused. Had a terrible experience here witnessing her yelling at a customer who had mobility issues and would not open the locked door to let her out making the lady walk a long way to get out the other door. I will not be returning or recommending this cafe to anyone else purely off principles.

We had the Fish and chips, Paua fritters and a chicken sandwich. All were of decent portions and cooked beautifully, if somewhat heavyhanded with the salt on the accompanying fries. My only gripes were there really was no options for a small child, even if they did a half portion of the fish and chips at half the price, and a small milkshake. I didnt want to pay $9 for an adullt sized drink which I knew wouldnt be finished. Would be great if a bit more flexibility in the menu allowed children to enjoy this establishment. We would return, but with snacks for a child.

Had lunch there today 6 july. Open steak sandwich & chips. Porterhouse steak - nice flavour with garlic butter sauce but well overcooked. The bread beneath the steak was soaked in the salad dressing and mayo. Fries were nice and coffee vgood. Staff were great considering the place was packed. Didn't have to wait too long for our food. We will try it again for their big breakfast as I've been told its really nice. Took some deserts home - Apple Pie v-nice as was the Tiramisu. P.s. the wife said to mention her Seafood chowder was beautiful.

Went to 180 degrees about 3 weeks ago. Had fish & chips and an alcoholic beverage before going to an appointment. The fish & chips were divine, but couldn’t get over the total price. Didn’t think about it until I got home, so rang & queried it. Got told the drink was a double (apparently they are always double) but $17.50 for it. Told them I wouldn’t be back

Beautiful NZ weather, went down to 180 for some breakfast, nice location, warm atmosphere, Friendly and polite. Overall very good. Hollandaise sauce was a bit buttery but still enjoyed it and they offer Gluten free options.
