I’m not sure of the name of the lady at the counter, in her 50th or 60th but she is extremely unpleasant and shouldn’t work in a store. So rude and judgmental ! I won’t be back just because of her and I never usually take the time to write comments!!!

Placed order on 15/12 and arrived 29/12. Considering the order was placed in Auckland and delivery was also in Auckland, I should have received it in plenty of time for Christmas. No follow up, which was very annoying. If you can't fulfill orders in time, don't accept payment. Had no trouble with other Auckland based businesses.Products very well packaged and very happy with items.

The lady marin did the packing for me and helped me by taking the gifts from my car and dropping them off as I couldn’t carry them all in once ☺️what a beautiful ladies ,I would be definitely do my shopping from here next time ( very good customer service ) .

One of my favourite shops to visit. Ideal if you are shopping for a gift or even just to treat yourself. Stock changes often, you can always find something new. Highly recommend a visit. Please note that their website appears to be a bit limited, best to go in to one of their stores

A nice shop with plenty of knicks-knacks that will satisfy any interests. If you're looking for a gift, beware, you might spent more time and bought more items than what you've planned. Price a little bit on the higher side of the scale. Staff members will let you to browse in peace.

Nice range of things but service is rubbish. I've been into this shop 3 times now (most recently today) and never had a simplehello" or "can I help with anything" on each occasion I've gone in there.They just stand there from behind the counter looking grumpy like they don't want to be there. Why be there if you don't want to help people - just laziness"
