A single story shopping mall that has a few interesting shops. I used it to cut through to the other side but it was nice looking around. the entrance is close to the Wave in Time on Emerson Street and the other one is on Dickens Street by the carpark. Just keep an eye out for a series of rods on the ground which marks the entrance.
