Good facilities, large space which is matted, a ring, and plenty of pads etc. The trainers were friendly and quickly matched on ability for training partners. New people are treated with respect and given one on one time. Pricing options are competitive.

Awesome martial arts here!! The styles have plenty of variety skills including Zen Do Kai (Freestyle Karate), Muay Thai, Krav Maga, Boxing, Fitness, Self-defense. Not to mention building self confidence etc. The facility is specialty designed and built with a plethora of equipment including heavy bags, all types of pads, mirrors, weights, swiss balls and much more. Instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly, some are the highest ranking in New Zealand!!

Fantastic first experience with the trial session. Brought my five year old son and eight year old daughter. The energy and demeanor of the instructor was exceptional! Welcoming, inclusive and fun.
