We recently bought 4 dining chairs for our home... after much researching online, we were impressed by the options available at such reasonable prices! When the chairs were delivered, we discovered one of them didn't quite assemble as well as the others. Nick & Jess were amazing to deal with and sent us a replacement chair at no cost (and asked to keep the defective" chair)!The quality of the chairs is great and we love how they make our house feel a little more like "home"! We will definitely be shopping here again and also recommending Cintesi to our friends. Thanks

First experience of Cintessi and they have exceeded expectation. Not only do I love my chairs, but how refreshing to deal with an online furniture store who actually behaves like an online store, rather than what I have come across a lot recently which is stores which sell online but, their delivery remains stuck in their brick and mortar system. (Yes, I’m talking to you Freedom..among others).  ‘It’s shipped out from Auckland and will be in Christchurch in 2 weeks and then we can deliver it to you within 7 days’ being a common theme!    So a big thank you and I will be recommending you to everyone.

What amazing service! We purchased two stools and found when we arrived home that one had a slight defect so took them back. These guys hand delivered the new stools to us that same day. They even checked over their stock personally and made sure all was right. Cheers guys!

Cintesi were amazing to deal with. I recently purchased the Franklin bar leaner online. Mitch couldn't have been more helpful, answering questions and sending photo's. Item was delivered promptly freight free in perfect condition. Was so impressed I've just ordered the Jackson console.

I brought 6 dining chairs from Cintesi that were $360 each - a total cost of $1,728. The covering of the chairs started peeling off very early on and before the 2 year warranty was up I approached Cintesi to resolve the issue and they said they'd contact the manufacturer in Italy. I never heard back. On contacting Cintesi again they said they had no record of my contact and offered to give me a discount to buy a new set, but not to give me a refund. They said I must have cleaned them with a harsh product and it would have been my fault- but I didn't. I am at a loss as to what to do next but am not interested in buying more products from a company who will not stand by their product guarantees. I would not recommend anyone buying furniture from Cintessi.

Outstanding service! Bought a table off Cintesi. 3 years later no fault of theirs the legs developed a welding fault. Emailed and they sent me a new set of legs they had in storage. Supper friendly and a dream to deal with. Highly recommend A+++

As a recent first home buyer, on a very limited budget, I approached Cintesi to view their chairs. Their retail prices were a tad out of my price range, however the young guy I spoke to, 'Mitch' (I think) encouraged me to view their end of line products. I was helped to find an amazing deal and I'm very happy with the quality of furniture that I've purchased for my new home without breaking the bank. I was extremely stoked with the service I received and the product I can now call my own. Will definitely be coming back if I'm ever looking for more, would recommend to anyone and everyone!!

Visited the Auckland store to view the colour in person of the yellow bar stools I wanted to purchase. Roman was terrific - very helpful. I placed the order with Roman and the chairs were delivered within days. Very pleased with the chairs. I LOVE the colour of them. Couldn't be happier with the product or the price. Thanks Cintesi!!
