I needed a new heat pump and Voltage Electrical did the installation. Theo from Porirua was excellent and kept me informed each step of he way. I am very pleased with the service I received and would have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone.

Not happy with job, it took longer then expected which meant it cost me more. In the end what was meant to be fix doesn't work. I will never use them again.

Olly and co were efficient at collecting and installing my new dryer. They listened to my specifications and completed the job exactly as I requested. Despite it being late in the day, they were friendly and just got in the the job. Olly had also made contact earlier in the day to advise of expected time of arrival and kept me informed until arrival. I really appreciated the clear communication, and efficiency and cleanliness of work. I'd definitely recommend Olly and Voltage!

Excellent work, Heat pump in and working well, a new circuit just for the pump, they also repaired some dodgy work by a previous installer. Great communication, on time to the house.

In a word- extortion. Do not use this company to deliver and install your appliances. I purchased an oven through Noel Leeming and was charged $240 for third party delivery and installation. Then Voltage electric charges me an additional $280.00 plus GST to switch the plug - and for a 30 minute total job. Total delivery and install" for my $1300 dollar oven became over $550 dollars. Unbelievable. Paying for 'installation'- normally includes a level of tool and part use I would expect... Absolute rip off. Do not use them. Better to get your appliance home and contact a decent fair electrician to come out. The Voltage electric manager tried to manipulate the situation as if this is somehow reasonable! and would not budge or acknowledge that $550 dollars to install and deliver one oven was extortionate

Excellent job installing a large heat pump into a very complex and tricky house set up. Theo and Nelson worked solidly for 11 hours to complete the job in one visit rather than make me what another day for the completion. Nothing was too much trouble for them. A thoroughly professional job and am thrilled with the outcome. I highly recommend Theo and his team.
