I broke the screen on my 3 month old iPhone. Took it in; they told me to come back in 2.5 hours which I did and it was repaired.Can’t beat that for service.Had previously gone to the opposition but always found a scruffy “Back in 30 minutes” notice in the window. It could have been there for weeks!

I took my phone in to get the screen fixed as it was blacked out. They told me I needed to replace the battery as well so I paid extra for that. Upon return, it workes fine but less than a day later the screen was clicking on its own or I'd have to push hard to get it to register the touch. The sound is also playing up as when I take my headphones out the sound sometimes wont play through the phone speakers, i have to plug and unplug my headphones until the sound works again through the phone speakers. Do not recommend.

I have now had a number of phone and computer repairs done by this business and could not be more satisfied with the quality of service they have provided. They are attentive and patient with me as a non-tech savvy individual. Their prices compare very favourably with the prices I have been quoted online. They maintain contact during the repair process and they are local.

I didn’t think my iPad mini 5 was fixable. It had got caught in the spokes of my friends bike when I forgot to tell her it was in my bag. It was bent and cracked. They had to order the parts in and 2 weeks later I have it back and I’m so happy with the results.
