Very dodgy company. There is no service agreement apart from the finance agreement with the finance company. They take no responsibility for anything if you have had the pos for more than 12 months. They will also refuse to sell you another pos system if you request for a service agreement. They will even refuse to fix a fault even if you are willing to pay them.

These guys are the worst....They tend to sell your valid or invalid contract to a finance company and hardly provide the appropriate equipment. Our equipment was outdated and about to become obsolete. They left us no option but to change Merchant teams and they have taken back their equipment. They are still billing us, as they sold our invalid contract to a finance company and are not returning our calls or offering any services or equipment. They are scam artists and if you sign up to them they will ruin your merchant services and charge you anyway.. If you have an issue with this they will ignore you and pass you onto the finance company you had no intention ever signing upto.

Absolutely horrible. After being their client for 1 year, business downturn from COVID I decided to tell I wanted to cancel. Called 3 days in advance, got told CLEARLY that shouldn't be a problem, and I won't be charged for the next billing period - then what happens? The next day, I receive a bill, I call them and they say they're not willing to refund it. Avoid this company at all costs. Better kiwi companies out there. Seems like the review below had it worse than me.

Absolutely garbage business they have no good customer serivice and u have to pay rent to use the machine which is around 50 dollars and yet they still give bad service if something goes wrong the will fix one problem and cause another 100 really bad business if u want a another machine they will find a old machine to give u they will be lucky to not get out of business in a few years

Do not deal with these scammers, especially their sales rep Klarrise. Tried to blackmail the previous business owners that they would be charged full equipment price even though they were on a lease to own option. now they are pushing the new owners to sign on their existing usless contract with no benefits included. avoid these guys at all cost.

Absolutely terrible unit. Will be telling boss I won't be using this anymore due to so many problems. The user friendliness is absolutely garbage

After the sale, no response, no after Servise what-so ever, avoid them at all costs. Neha is only intersted in tying you with finance now, and start milking you, The end.

Fraud company. They never respond to calls. We had 7 terminals with them. Cancelled 6 but they are still charging us even after contract has ended. Hopeless staff.

Worst company ever i would say don’t fall in their fake promises Their system is just the garbage they don’t even deserve 1star
