Useless. They book in 2 weeks time just to take photos on the day of appointment, which would have been already on an email. And they need another 2 weeks to figure out what to do. They are taking on jobs without actual stock for items that might need replacement - very poor planning. They also will not communicate unless asked.

They were terrible! We rang them 3 months ago to fix our washing machine.They came for 10mins said it needed a new circuit board we agreed to go ahead with the quote then we had to keep on calling them to see what was happening(in the mean time I'm having to go to the laundromat as my family of 6 obviously needed washing done)no communications from them at all! Finally we rang them and said forget it we will buy a new one! I waited 3 months! Then today I get a $90 bill simply for them coming to look at it which they expect to be paid in 7 days! The worst service I've ever had spend your money somewhere else.only gave it 1 star because you have to give something.

a bit dear with a 3 month warranty on a second hand washing machine.a call out to check any issue's is $95 to be paid when they attend to give you any idea of issue's with the product and no guarantee they can fix the problem and if it's repairable you pay that cost.not sure if there is another fee for call out to repair the issue

Took our freezer in which has just randomly stopped working... they couldn't find anything wrong with it - fair enough. Went to pick it up and it had been backed into and had a dent in the front of it - they tried to make it right by offering our money back - as if the cost of repair would be far greater so they agreed to repaired and repaint the damage. We have just gotten it home to find now the wheel is missing off the base and the bracket is damaged - making it no longer sit level. We rung up to talk about this and their response was I probably damaged it in transit or took it off the back of the Ute. I disputed this and they simply said Its their word against ours"

I hate to be this person I really do. But we do not recommend. Noel leeming organised Langes to come and fix our washing machine. They contacted us promptly to organise a time to visit - they said between 1-5pm I doubled checked it would be this time and stated as I work from home and would move clients in order to be available for them and them to have the use of power (our machine was tripping the power) They turned up at 9:30am during a client, knocked on the front door, I didn’t answer due to being with a client and then the guy is walking around the property out the back and down the side of our house. I excuse myself from my client and go outside he was annoyed because he had called and I didn’t answer. I showed him the machine and said this is what’s happening but you won’t be able to test it here as I need the power …. He took the machine to his workshop for testing.(along with our stacking kit) Sent me a text stating this and then 3 weeks go by and we hear nothing. My husband called multiple times and even popped into their workshop to ask for an update. They still hadn’t looked at the machine - he asked if the clothes that were still in the machine could be removed as they were intimates. The lady said she would call by the end of the day for us to collect. Another week goes by and we hear nothing…. Every time we called or questioned we were told the same thing. They hadn’t looked at it and they would by the end of the day and that we would hear from them to collect our clothes. By the 4th week they finally sent a text to say they have ordered the parts and will organise a time to book it on for the following week…. By this point we had received a replacement machine from Noel leeming which we couldn’t use along with our dryer as Langes had taken the stacking kit. This morning they turned up with our machine unannounced and knocked on the door which I didn’t answer as my son and I are really Ill. They also helped themselves to the back of the property where they see us in the kitchen and start pushing the washing machine through the gate. We understand that things take time and never expected the machine to be fixed instantly but a little communication + sticking to your word never goes astray.

Good people service. Wee issue with washing machine however they turned up on day as arranged and id forgotten and so will tru again to sort the wee issue.Prices responsible for 2nd hand items. Would prefer one of there old wringers type of machine that are display only

Awesome people. My first encounter was with the hardcase lady on the phone. She was fantastic. Had a laugh and excellent phone manner. Got my washing machine fixed and the guys that came and done that were awesome. Quick, tidy and very professional.

Excellent speedy service. Friendly person on phone , serviceman turned up promptly both times and sorted out our fridge. Highly recommend.
