Boston Wardrobes

Our new wardrobe doors and interiors look amazing. The doors slide smoothly and are quiet, Inside the wardrobes the available hanging space has increased. Vanessa listened to what we wanted, and we are very happy with the plans of our new wardrobes in x3 rooms. Professional firm, we were kept informed when there was a delay with the mirrored doors, the installer was proficient and quick. I would not hesitate to recommend Boston Wardrobes.

I was very impressed with Boston Wardrobes who did a recent installation at my home which virtually had no storage. Lee the consultant met with me onsite and we discussed what I needed in terms of wardrobe and linen storage space. The Installer Sebastion arrived on the stated day and time and proceeded to install the wardrobe with minimum fuss and cleaned up after himself. Also the cost was less then I expected so next move is to redesign the storage space in bedroom 2. Great service Boston.

From beginning to end, all the people involved with our wardrobe were friendly, knowledgeable and most helpful. Only one design fault, which was only noticed when the final doors were installed and I believe should have been noticed by the initial designer. The drawers don't open fully with the doors in their normal positions. I include a photo to illustrate. But because the room was rented out 2 days after installation, we could not really ask for the design to reinstall action to be delayed any more..

Very disappointed with the complete lack if service we received from Boston. The only time they were able to contact us in a reasonable time was when they wanted money from us. Any other time we had to chase up any information such as when install would be, what time they would arrive etc. Noone ever bothered to call or email to met us know anything.Also at the initial consult I was told the wardrobe I selected was adjustable, but in the meantime they changed their products and again neglected to communicate that to us, so the wardrobe that was installed was a different product to what we were told about.Aside from the fact it is not adjustable, the quality of the wardrobe seems good. But would not recommend based on the complete lack of service we received. The price does not match the service.

As soon as I walked in I was cornered by this bulldog of a woman. She barked irrelevant information and made the visit so unpleasant. She must have had a really bad day!Left within 5 min. Heading to Doorshed Panmure. A little far but hopefully will get what I need!Now someone responded to my post implying that i used profanity!?! What!?!

Very happy with our service from Boston Wardrobes from start to finish. Knowledgeable showroom staff to help us choose the best doors. Our installer (Brady) was skilled, efficient, insightful and simply a good dude. One of our doors was damaged in the factory but it was no bother at all, they replaced it within the week. Great service and we are so happy with the result.

If you are considering purchasing a wardrobe system, make sure you take a look at Boston Wardrobes before you make a decision. Honestly, the website pictures don't show the quality of these systems. The drawers are all soft-close, the construction is rock solid and will stay looking smart for years. It's well worth a visit to their showroom.
