Richmond mall is a wonderful place to stop for a break always clean.Has great cafe's & food court, clean toilets and amenities, heaps of parking that is convenient and connects to a heap of other Gr8 shops.

As tourist arriving in the area, we were able to locate toilets and the food court had some tasty choices. There are many stores to address your needs and there was plenty of parking.

Nice clean and very busy Mall. The locals seem to love it and the shop owners seem busy. Finding a car park can by hard on busy weekend though. Surround by some big stores and businesses.

Free parking. There’s pretty much everything you need here. Nice baby/change room complete with chalkboard to keep toddlers/preschoolers entertained while you change baby, a microwave, couch and babyfeeding cubicles just in case you want extra privacy. I’ve never had a problem breastfeeding my children anywhere in the Mall it’s pretty well accepted. There’s also a little playground/play-area next to the food court that’s suitable for preschool aged children. Beware the rain brings the crowd!!

I come from North America. Malls are a dying thing there. So it's a nice way to go back 30 years and go to a mall. TBH, the shops are varied and useful. Good parking, access to Queen Street. Bathrooms are clean and accessible 10/10

Went to the one nz about broken screen on phone wanting to get screen replacement and basically got talked out of it. I was not satisfied with the outcome. The same thing I got when trying to use the warranty for the screen replacement done by the guys in middle of walk way very very dissatisfied

Good parking, clean and busy. A contrast to nelson which appeared quiet with a number of empty shops.

Diamond nails and spa, made my mum bleed while doing a manicure and said it was ok, it wasn’t ok. Decent nails but surprise fees when to go pay, not a fan of the new fees not even on the price list as you go up to pay.
