Absolutely brilliant service! Salesperson was very knowledgeable, listened to my needs, honest and went out of his way to look after me and help me find the right bed. I went to a few different places, however the salesperson here really stood out and demonstrated that he cared about helping me and I was not just a dollar sign. So thank you very much!

I didn't buy anything from them on that day, but the overall shopping experience was pretty average. The salesperson tried a bit too hard to educate us how good their products are, and became kinda rude when he found out we were learning the market and not ready to buy anything yet. One thing I learned as a consumer is that it does not mean you will definitely buy something if you walk into a store, but you might come back late to buy something. It depends on your overall experince, so I am not sure if I will ever go back again.

David Perry was absolutely amazing today, myself, my daughter and my mother went in to help find my mother find a bed. David was so informative and helpful in her choosing the perfect match for what she wanted. Thoroughly enjoyable experience. Thanks David! :-D

The rudest salesman I’ve ever encountered in a store. Was looking for a bed and said I was happy to browse. He wouldn’t leave me alone, told me I was looking at the wrong bed event tho I had researched it and then basically refused to speak to me or help me. It was bizarre. Both guys in there came across as sad, no hopers with used car salesmen slime. Typical sexist, old school know-everything 60 year old white guy.Do yourself a favour and don’t buy a bed from this place.

Found a really soft comfortable mattress for half the price I expected to pay!Great staff advice on what would suit me best. Bed is great after 3 weeks use, no pressure points!

These men are ok until things go wrong. Then it's the it's the customer fault. Their fault there were marks on mattress. Their fault the edge of mattress was fraying. I don't think so. Then get told we had to make a claim. The mattress had not even been signed off from inspection on Sleepyhead factory.Caused a lot of unnecessary stress.Totally unacceptable on a $4000 item.

Same issue as a few others it seems. The salesmen are perfectly friendly until there’s an issue and then all the niceties fall away and then they are pretty unpleasant to be honest.Beds R Us advertise a ‘30 day comfort guarantee’ on all beds, which sounds great in theory but trying to get them honour it is a real challenge! My husband and I bought a bed which we found super uncomfortable, we kept thinking we’d get used to it but never did. We called to swap it for a different one within the 30 days and were met with so much resistance, emotional manipulation, and plain rudeness as the guys tried to talk us out of swapping it and argued over what the ‘bed’ included (mattress or base or both) and whether we met the terms and conditions.We stayed strong and they eventually agreed to swap it and then it just got worse. The guys they sent to swap the beds were awful, they couldn’t have made it clearer that they didn’t want to be there. They were grumpy, sarcastic, and swore under their breath the whole time. They were also pretty incompetent… they looked like they had been moving beds for a long time… but you’d think they’d never seen stairs before? Watching them try to figure out how to rotate a bed through a hallway was a real nightmare and they had absolutely no regard for damaging any of our property - they made that pretty clear.I’m giving them 2 stars because the bed we finally got is fine, but save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.
