Our Whānau was blessed to deal with Mark Glanville from John Rhind. From our first interaction over the phone til the last we couldn't recommend him more highly. He was helpful every step of the way, his knowledge & guidance absolutely impeccable. His manner and way he was able to communicate with us sympathetic and empathetically was comforting and with compassion. To our whānau he went over and above what we thought his service would entail. He was pivotal to our navigation through the days after our girl passed. Just a phone call or text away any hour of the day. He made sure we were able to honour our girl in our own space and ways to let her go with the dignity she deserved. The team in Richmond looked after her until Mark returned her to us. Absolutely highly recommend Mark.

Mark and the team at John Rhind are incredible. The sudden loss of my partner was/is unbelievably difficult to process and deal with. It was without hesitation that I chose John Rhind Kaiapoi, to care for my beloved husband Keith. Christine had looked after the arrangements for my father-in-law seven years ago and I was impressed by her warmth, caring and compassion.
