Lovely fenced area, gets plenty of sun. Next door there's a cafe so that's quite handy, along with lovely paths for dogwalks. Can get quite muddy though.

It's a slightly sad little space, but a nice off-lead turnaround spot when walking aroundOriental and Evans Bays.

Great for dogs to run about with each other. Just a bare bit of land though, has a water fountain for the dogs. Fence is about waist high.

Small area that's good if your dog's a ball chaser! Nice hill to run them up but not much else. Across the road is Liardart sports fields and beyond McAlister Park which has a dedicated dog field.

dog park is pretty simple with only single opening gates rather than double very muddy and close to road so dogs get distracted by cyclists and things someone has made a really nice spot for balls to be kept which is a great addition but that is people overcoming limited design by council

Its great to see a dog park in Wellington as the sadly inept but well intentioned council continues to designate a lot of unsuitable spaces into off-leash dog exercise areas. We need more dog parks

Cog Park Dog Exercise Area
My dog loved it. It was great to have a safe space for off lead play.Nice to have a human seat inside the fence as well.
