I went to the HelloWorld Rototuna office on a Tuesday early afternoon and the office was shut - notice on door saying closed for the day due to team meeting. The following day around the same time I went to the office again, but the door was locked, and the office appeared shut. I peered inside the window and saw a lady who seemed to be gesturing to me to go away"!?I knocked on the door and this lady reluctantly came to the door

Was exceptionally happy with the level of expertise and knowledge that the staff at Helloworld Rototuna had. Nothing was a problem and they went above and beyond. The owner was absolutely fantastic with extra suggestions to complete our family trip of a lifetime. I'd reccomend them and reuse them again.

I am beyond grateful for the time, effort and guidance from Renee at hello world rototuna.. my first time traveling with my kids and she's made it a total breeze. Great kid friendly accommodation. Talked about things I could do with them while we travel. I had questions later in the day after it was sorted and she kindly and graciously helped me. Thank you hello world and Renee. You honestly can not fault the consultants here! We had the most fantastic seamless holiday and will never look any further than Kylie and her team!
