This company doesnt take complaints about their drivers seriously I suggest anybody with problems calls the police instead of management as they will just turn a blind eye otherwise risking the safety of the public allowing abusive and dangerous drivers to take the wheel

Not very happy with buses some of us have to catch buses to work and they cancel every 906 in the morning it's pathetic

Not at all happy. My daughter goes to get off a bus from the city and as she’s about to get to the door the bus driver just takes off. I remember another incident years ago where this happened and the boy was killed under the wheel. My daughter had to get off at the next stop and walk in the dark. This is NOT acceptable

Drivers need to stop when signaled. So many occasions where I've waited, signaled the driver and they've gone right past. Probably one of the worst bus services I've used, and unfortunately living in Beach Haven I have no choice but to use them.

Bus drivers needs to do their job properly. Stop cancelling last minute! The app literally says you’re arriving yet yall keep on cancelling last minute. it’s not nice, especially to those people who comes home late and need a ride home. This is not the first time, you all have been doing this for a while now and it’s just annoying. Please be considerate.

Waited for the 97R departing at 15:43. 97B showed up and left at 15:43. Even asked the driver whether it was a mistake and he said no. Not impressed.

I was stuck in Birkenhead, after the city downtown carpark closed and I couldn't get my car back, so we went to my friends family house until the bus station opened very early. I went to them, without a Hop card and I am SO, so grateful for the staff here, who gave me a ride to the city centre and were also very efficient and compassionate. These guys were there in my time of need and with such a kind business ethic. I cannot speak more highly of these people. Thanks again, this happened 1.5 month ago.

Just got driver's hand in my face telling me to wait to let others off first. I said that's what I did, didn't I? Apparently I half did and half didn't."?? Very confrontational behaviour. 50+ years of age being pulled up on my manners. Suddenly remember why I don't use public transport."
