Kwality Mini Bazaar

There are two Kwality shops in Takanini. This review is specifically for the shop next to Pak N Sav.If you want to experience the worst customer service then this is the place to come. The Team Members at the checkout are the rudest people you 've ever met. Their face expressions and body language will make you realize that they are doing a big favour to you. Even though you spend your hard earned money with them.Hey, it's your money. You need to decide where you want to spend it. There are so many shops around where you can get better prices and the best customer service.In a nutshell - The worst place to shop. Try some other places. Try their other branch in Takanini near to the motorway. The old lady who serves at the counter in that branch has much more customer service ethics than these arrogant young girls.

Very bad products.brought some frozen products. When thawed it was spoiled already. The price is too high and the quality is low.

An Indian grocery store. Located by the main road. Has got veggies, some basic fruit items frozen, refrigerated items, bites, some sweets etc. As usual lentils, grains, rice etc are available. Onsite parking available too but like 10 slots. Customer service is not bad.

Always come here for full cream milk.Cheapest in the area, best tasting milk..Love the cream.Always friendly customer service

Nice Indian Store. Sugar needs to be in smaller packs also as the minimum available pack of 4 kg at times is not required. Rest services, rates and dealings are very nice.Parking space also is a challenge.

Plenty of parking spaces. That's one thing lacking in other indian grocery stores near by. Not many options available when it comes to fruits and vegetables, but a good place for all the other essentials and groceries.

Very Nice Indian Store for shopping daily needs.Earlier there was a review of big packing of Sugar in minimum 4 kg. To revise this it would be appropriate to say that their rates of Sugar and other items are competitive to their similar local stores.

Bad customer service. Charged for 12 bottles of milk instead of 6. Luckily got the bill so went back and said then the reply was sometime we charge less. That’s not my problem from whom they charged less. The lady on counter was so busy talking to his known guy while she was doing the bill. She didn’t even say sorry for her mistake. Not going back again.

Very standard .. not much of an interaction. Availability of the products are good . Nothing that catches your eye ….
