Helen, I just listened to David Farrier’s podcast recording, yes I too am a victim of religious abuse. It was sad to hear your arrogance towards other denominations, it was sickening to hear you say you and your church are the antithesis of Arise and other mega churches and for you to proudly talk finances. Don’t you get it? Pride and arrogance are the root of all that is sick in church, you are no different. I was glad to hear you humbled and reminded of the horrendous history, not just past but also recent, of all forms of abuse your church inflicted on generations of innocent men, woman and children. How can you smugly sit in a church built on the backs of generations of manipulative giving and think your hands are clean? And no I am not defending mega churches or Arise, not at all. Your arrogance is no different to John Cameron’s or Peter Mortlocks. It’s sad

One of the most beautiful churches in Auckland. Often used as a concert venue for its great acoustics.

St Matthew in the City is a stunning building built in Gothic style with a unique wooden ceiling which contrasts beautifully with the white stone body of the building. The theological perspective here is progressive and inclusive with an evening Rainbow service every Sunday at 7.30

Enjoyable night of classic songs performed by a pianist singer to fake candle light in stunning old historic Auckland church.

Beautiful church to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Take a moment to enjoy the colorful cathedral glasses

Helen Jacobi, please leave your political views at home. Your views do Not represent the church. The church is a place for people to learn about God and His will, not Yours. It's time for you to be replaced with an actual minister who loves people enough to tell us the Truth.

I don’t think I have ever walked into a church for the first time and felt as welcome as my family and I felt this morning. Very much more traditional than our usual church, but definitely felt at home and welcome. Thank you
