Great staff who are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the goods within their section.

I think they are overpriced now. Too many sales people a day as soon as you walk in, they swarm you.

Couldn't get a hold of anyone.I returned an item and they were fine and helpful and said I could receive the money in my account in 5 business days.I was given the business card of the guy who helped me and told to email him if I hadn't seen it within that time frame. Sent him an email a week later and no reply, then I contacted Harvey norman through fb messenger and was told they would contact the store and get someone to contact me. No one did. I then rang the store and was told they would check it and get back to me. No response.Then I rang after 9 days of waiting for my refund and was told they couldn't check it but gave me the number of someone who could help In the online dept.Rang them and they were actually helpful and told me that it was only processed the day before AFTER I rang them!I don't normally shop here because I don't like the pushy sales people but I definitely won't shop here after this fiasco. Hopefully I receive my money soon.

Bloody slow. Females get service while I standing beside what I want and I wasn't even seen. Even asked a female close to me and wasn't ask if I needed help. What a joke. Too many of the same family with hats on. Getting worse

Huge place with everything in it .. It's worth a visit, no matter what you are looking for ..

Do not use their click and collect option.. was left waiting in the car park calling the in-store team without any answer or call back for 30minutes then went inside and got grilled for my ID.. for my order when I could have plucked my items off the shelf without the rigmarole.. and the questions.. not very helpful staff

Christine served us, a very lovely lady. Brought bar stools that we saw advertised. Look perfect in our home.
