Sam and Sheree were fantastic to work with.Sheree is a great communicator and had my mums dishwasher diagnosis and repair running smoothly.Sam is very hard working and gets straight into the job, he’s all about finding you the cheapest solution, the quality of his work is next to none even when correcting a previous “professional” installers mistake.A very trustworthy man/team and you will most certainly be my first call in the future.For the quality of work provided by Appliance Repair Invercargill I also feel that their remuneration is very fair.Thanks for the repair and for being so trustworthy in your work for my elderly mum.

I recently booked a fridge repair with Appliance Repairs Invercargill.Initially I found their service to be professional and prompt. Their technician arrived at my house and was great. Unfortunately (not the fault of the service provider) it was discovered that my fridge had a gas leak, and repair was not going to possible. The technician was at my place for 15 minutes total ( I live in inner city Invercargill).Later that week I received a bill for $115.00. This charge was the minimum call out fee. I felt upset that I had not been made aware that the minimum call out fee was so expensive.I understand that this is a tricky situation for all parties. However it would have been appreciated if I had of made me aware of the value of the call out fee. When I discussed the invoice with the company, it was not a polite conversation.$115 for 15 minutes, and no closer to fixed fridge doesn't fee quite right to me.

We use Appliance Repairs A-LOT through my workplace. I work for Propertyscouts and so we have a number of rental properties that require range-hoods, oven replacement/repair, dishwasher repairs, washing machine repairs you name it!They are always friendly to deal with and provide a professional competitive service so thank you so so much team!!! Tried contacting this company around 12 months ago to fix our fridge, tried calling (left a message) and then messages them via their Facebook site. No answer on both occasions .. then around a week ago tried calling them and messaging them via FB messenger. No answer .. if you can’t be bothered or don’t want the work fair enough but it would have been nice to be told that .. not ignored .. not sure if this is standard practice or not but there are better services out there than these cowboys
