Friendly staff who knew their jobs and made it an easy purchase.

The service was prompt, but there was an issue with a piece of trim being dislodged when they power washed the vehicle. I had such a struggle getting it back on I had to ask reception to lend me a screwdriver to fix it. Eventually a mechanic, nice bloke, came and fixed the trim for me. Building work around the law courts entrance, and nasty road surface on other entrance

Pity cannot give 'No Stars. Last year car passed it WOF when it should have been an easy spot (and fix) fail which could have resulted in damage to the drive train. They did not report Transmission oil needed changing, which according to google should be done at around 150,000 kms around Km's of my vehicle at the time. Last week they Failed the WOF telling me I need a $1,300+ new part, the transmission oil and some filters adding a further $700 to the bill. Without anything been done to the car took it to an AA service center, with all the paper work of the failure. Not only was it a WOF pass, but could have done a premium service (which would include the transmission oil) for $150 less. So goodbye Armstrong, no more money from me. Pity as I like Subaru and was looking to upgrade to a new hybrid in 2023, so also lost a new vehicle sale. Also receiving an invitation to the VIP Sales event in the post 2 days after the event, bit pointless.

I had great service from Carlos at Subaru. He was so helpful, not pushy at all, both during the sale and after sales service. Absolutely recommend him if you are looking to buy a vehicle.

Just had my car serviced. The team were all very helpful and friendly. The service manager Mike went out of his way to help me with things I didn't know about my cars previous history and put me on the right track. I appreciated the personal attention. Thanks team.

I cannot express how satisfied I have been with this company and their dealings. It has not gone without some minor bumps in the road however, Shaun and Kate worked hard to resolve it and make the experience of purchasing a vehicle the best yet. I know I will be a reoccurring customer here, and I would tell anyone to give the place a looking at and speak to the team.Thanks for all your help.

A great place to get your new car very helpful and great to deal with

Very happy with sales process, new vehicle drivers very nicely.

Extremely poor communication. Brought my vehicle in due to recalls. Picked it up over 2 hours later than planned. Had to call to find out what was going on as I had not been updated. Was then told they weren’t able to complete some of the work. When I arrived I was then advised they were able to complete all required work. I was given no documentation, so emailed same day (20/5). There was no response to my email, so I replied to a text message (asking about my service experience) 4 days later, yet again I heard no follow up. I emailed again on June 2nd (same email as prev) and finally had a response from Mike Sanford with an attachment of the work completed. This only shows work done from 915-1015 (I picked up my vehicle at 1415) on one job (there was two total). I emailed back within hours requesting details of the other work done, It has now been 12 days since I was last contacted. Very disappointed, extremely poor communication. Would not recommend.Update a further 1 month after writing this review- after another 2 emails have still heard nothing. Worst service I’ve experienced - who knows what they have done (or not done) to my vehicle.

Great service in Christchurch. Jake was exceptional in his responses and answering my questions and I had no hesitation in purchasing my second Subaru advance X from him.
